Welcome to Webture Studios. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Services
Webture Studios provides website development, eCommerce development, website maintenance (AMC), digital consulting, and related web services.
All services are provided based on the selected package, proposal, or service agreement.
2. Project Initiation
Development work will commence only after:
Full payment or agreed payment milestone has been received.
Required content, images, logos, and project information are provided by the client.
Any additional requirements are documented and approved.
Project timelines may be affected if required materials are delayed.
3. Website Development Services
Development packages include only the features specifically mentioned in the selected package.
Any additional features, integrations, custom development, content creation, or revisions beyond the package scope may incur additional charges.
4. Domain & Hosting
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Domain registration charges are separate.
Hosting charges are separate.
Clients retain ownership of their domain names and hosting accounts wherever applicable.
For packages that include hosting, hosting services will be provided for the duration specified in the purchased plan.
5. Payment Policy
All payments are non-refundable once development work has commenced.
Completed services, delivered websites, AMC plans, domain registrations, hosting services, and third-party subscriptions are non-refundable.
Webture Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices.
6. Website Maintenance (AMC)
AMC services are provided according to the selected AMC plan.
AMC services may include:
Security updates
Backups
Content updates
Technical support
Performance monitoring
Features and response times vary depending on the selected plan.
Unused update requests or support requests do not carry forward to subsequent billing periods.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information and content.
Reviewing and approving completed work.
Maintaining ownership rights for any content supplied.
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Webture Studios is not responsible for copyright violations arising from client-provided content.
8. Third-Party Services
Projects may utilize third-party services including:
WordPress
WooCommerce
Payment gateways
Hosting providers
Domain registrars
Plugins and software tools
Webture Studios is not liable for service interruptions, pricing changes, policy changes, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.
9. Delivery & Acceptance
A project shall be deemed accepted upon:
Client approval, or
Website deployment, or
Seven (7) days after project completion notification if no feedback is received.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide reliable and secure services, Webture Studios shall not be liable for:
Loss of revenue or business opportunities
Website downtime caused by third-party providers
Cyberattacks or security breaches beyond reasonable control
Data loss caused by client actions or third-party services
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
11. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the completed website content and design elements created specifically for the project.
Third-party themes, plugins, stock assets, and software remain subject to their respective licenses.
Webture Studios reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Service Modifications
Webture Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, pricing, package, or offering without prior notice.
13. Privacy
Any information submitted through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share client information with unauthorized third parties.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mysuru, Karnataka.
