At Webture Studios, we are committed to providing professional website development, eCommerce development, and website maintenance services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Clients may request a refund within 3 calendar days from the date of payment, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Refund requests submitted after the 3-day period will not be eligible for consideration.

2. Company Response Commitment

After a successful payment is received, Webture Studios will initiate communication regarding the project, onboarding process, or service activation.

If Webture Studios fails to respond to the client within 2 business days of payment, the client will be eligible for a full refund upon request.

3. Client Non-Responsiveness

To begin work, clients may be required to provide information such as:

  • Project requirements

  • Content and images

  • Domain or hosting details

  • Business information

  • Product details (for eCommerce websites)

If the client fails to respond, provide required information, or participate in the project initiation process after payment, no refund shall be issued.

Webture Studios reserves the right to consider the project active and allocated resources committed once communication has been initiated.

4. Work Commencement

Once project work has commenced, a refund may not be available, even if the request is made within the initial 3-day period.

Work commencement includes, but is not limited to:

  • Project planning

  • Design work

  • Website setup

  • Development activities

  • Hosting setup

  • Domain registration

  • Third-party service purchases

  • Content implementation

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed website development work

  • Website AMC and maintenance services already delivered

  • Domain registration fees

  • Hosting fees

  • SSL certificate purchases

  • Third-party software, themes, plugins, or subscriptions

  • Custom development work already completed

6. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

7. Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact Webture Studios directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback for services already delivered or actively being provided may result in immediate suspension of services and legal recovery of associated costs where permitted by law.

8. Policy Changes

Webture Studios reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
